Overseas Books & Reports

The BGS publish books and reports on the geological, geophysical and resources of several countries. Many of these are part of the Commonwealth or are where the BGS has undertaken commissioned research.

Several of the publications listed were published under the auspices of the Overseas Geological Survey (prior to 1967) and the Institute of Geological Sciences (1968-1984).
